Minor irregularities in prints, dye patterns, textures, or handcrafted details are part of the product's uniqueness and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Self-Shipping of Returns
Currently, we do not provide reverse pickup services.
Customers are required to self-ship approved return or exchange products to the address provided by our support team.
Final Decision
All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Sip & Style. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
